No. A consultation is a structured, confidential, educational conversation — a place to think clearly about a decision with someone who will be honest with you. It is not therapy, psychological diagnosis or treatment, and it is not legal, financial, medical or immigration advice. If what you need is regulated professional help, you will be told so and pointed towards it.

You talk through what you are seeing and what it may mean. That usually covers patterns, boundaries, cultural expectations and warning signs, and ends with practical reflection on possible next steps. You will see the scope, duration, price and terms before anything is booked.

Yes. What you say is treated as confidential. The exception is where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else, or where the law requires disclosure. That boundary is set out in full in the consultation disclaimer.

Not as a consultation. The cancer-related work on this website is awareness, encouragement and signposting to reputable organisations — it is never diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. For anything medical, please speak to your GP or specialist team.

They are digital files, usually PDF, that you download and keep. The format is shown on each product page. You can read them on a phone, tablet or computer, and print the worksheet pages if you prefer to write by hand.

Because the price has not been set yet, and inventing one would be dishonest. When that happens you can send an enquiry and you will be told as soon as the resource is available.

If a file is faulty, incomplete, corrupted or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy — normally a working file or your money back.
