Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds
How orders reach you, your right to change your mind, and how refunds work.
Downloads
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. You will see a download link on screen and receive the same link by email. Links are personal to you, remain valid for 72 hours and allow up to 5 downloads.
If a link expires before you have downloaded your file, email fahdeskeyconsultancy@gmail.com and a fresh one will be issued.
Buying an account is not necessary, but one is created for you automatically so that you can sign in and download anything you have bought again at any time, without a time limit.
Posted items
Printed books and other physical items are posted to the address you give at checkout. Postage is shown and charged separately before you pay, and you choose the postage option yourself.
Orders are normally posted within [To be confirmed: state how many working days] of payment. You will receive an email when your parcel has been sent, including a tracking number where one is available. Delivery times after that are the postal service’s, not ours.
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of being posted, email fahdeskeyconsultancy@gmail.com and it will be chased, replaced or refunded.
Items bought elsewhere
Some titles are sold through Amazon or another shop, and the website simply links to them. Those purchases are between you and that shop: their delivery, cancellation and refund terms apply, and Fahdeskey Consultancy cannot see or alter those orders.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. What that means depends on what you bought.
Downloads
For digital content downloaded immediately, that right ends once the download begins, because you have asked for it to start straight away and acknowledged losing the right to cancel. You are asked to confirm this at checkout, and the file is only released after you have.

You keep the full 14-day right to change your mind. The period runs from the day the item is delivered to you, and you do not need to give a reason. Tell us within those 14 days — an email to fahdeskeyconsultancy@gmail.com is enough — and then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
You will be refunded what you paid, including the standard postage you were charged to receive it, within 14 days of the item coming back. The cost of returning it is yours unless the item was faulty or not what you ordered. Please pack it well enough to arrive undamaged: a refund can be reduced if the item has been handled more than was necessary to see what it is.
Faulty or wrong items
Separately from the right to change your mind, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund if what arrives is faulty, damaged or not as described. That right lasts far longer than 14 days and is not affected by anything above.
Discretionary refunds beyond your statutory rights: [To be confirmed: whether goodwill refunds are offered, and on what basis].
Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within [To be confirmed: number of working days] of being agreed.
Consultations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for consultations: [To be confirmed: notice period, whether a fee applies, and rescheduling rules]
