Consultation Disclaimer
Read this before booking. It sets out plainly what a consultation is and what it is not.
What a consultation is
A consultation is a structured, confidential, educational conversation. It is a place to think clearly about a relationship decision, a pattern you have noticed, or an online business idea — with someone who will be honest with you.
What a consultation is not
- It is not therapy, counselling treatment or psychological diagnosis.
- It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for healthcare.
- It is not legal, financial, tax or immigration advice.
- It is not a promise of any particular outcome, result or income.
If what you need is regulated professional help, you will be told so, and pointed towards it. That is part of the service, not a failure of it.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes. Information shared in a consultation is offered to help you think — the choice is always yours.
Confidentiality and its limits
What you say is treated as confidential. The exception is where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else, or where the law requires disclosure.
Urgent situations
A consultation is not an emergency service and is not monitored between sessions. If you are in immediate danger in the United Kingdom, call 999. For urgent medical advice, call NHS 111.
Cancer-related enquiries
No cancer consultation is offered. Cancer-related work is awareness and community support only, and is never diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. See the cancer awareness page.
Booking and cancellation
Scope, duration, price and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before your session is booked.
